They are each privately owned and feature private & semi-private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, central air/heat, and a full-size washer & dryer. Each unit has laundry supplies, linens, toiletries, and kitchenware.

The Colibri Condominium is a spacious, four-room condominium with three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living/dining area. The unit has two full bathrooms: one off the master bedroom and one off the living room, a laundry room, and a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop burners, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view/town view and is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.  All Colibri Condominiums are privately owned.
