Reservation Policies

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. However, rooms are not guaranteed until after 4:00 pm.  

Check-out time at Aqua Beach is 11:00 am. Check-out time for Beachcrest Condominium units is 10:00 am.

A single night's deposit (per 6-night stay) is required via credit card to confirm your reservation. An additional night deposit may be required if a reservation is more than seven nights. The total amount of your reservation will be due upon check-in.

What is Needed At Check-in?

Your balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or American Express. The credit card used for your initial deposit will be needed upon check-in to swipe and keep on file for incidentals. We will also need your vehicle's make, model, and license plate number on file. Please come prepared to streamline the check-in process. Please read your confirmation before your check-in date to ensure that all the information is correct.

All BeachCrest & Monarch Condominiums require a $750.00 authorization hold on a valid credit card upon check-in. This is for security purposes. Guests will not be permitted to check in without the security deposit. The hold will be released after housekeeping has checked the room on check-out day.

Room Requests

We will do our best to accommodate our guest’s requests, but we cannot guarantee room numbers or floors, only room type. Housekeeping service may not be refused in any room or suite.

Age Limit for Reservations

Rooms are not rented to guests under the age of 25. The Aqua Beach Hotel is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I.D.s will be checked, and guests under the age of 25 will not be permitted to check in unless they are married, staying with an older family member, or have special permission from management. We do not accept prom guests.

Smoking Policy

The Aqua Beach Hotel and properties are strictly non-smoking.

We do not allow smoking (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) of any kind in rooms, interior hallways, exterior hallways, balconies, the pool area, or sundeck. Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking will be subject to a minimum fine of $350.00.

Guests who wish to smoke must do so along Buttercup and Morning Glory Avenue or on the bike path.

Parking

One vehicle per room is allowed at The Aqua Beach Hotel. All condominiums receive two assigned parking spots. A valid parking tag must be visible and displayed in your vehicle during your stay, or your vehicle is subject to a ticket from the Wildwood Crest Police Department.

Our Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes are subject to a 25% service fee if the cancellation occurs 22+ days before the arrival date.  The full deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 21 days (3 weeks) of the arrival date.  Altering your reservation cancels your original reservation.  No refunds or credits are given for early check-outs, which will result in a complete loss of deposit. Please see the amended policy below.

Covid Cancellation Policy

For reservations canceled 8+ days before the set arrival date, 75% of your deposit will be refunded, and 25% of your deposit can be applied to a future stay during the 2024 season. For reservations canceled within seven days of arrival, 100% of your deposit will be applied to a future stay during the 2024 season. When canceling because of Covid, a written doctor's note and a positive test must be presented.  

Extra Person Fee

The extra Adult charge is $24.00 Per Night (20 years of age & older).  Teenagers $14.00 Per Night (13 - 19 years old).  Children 12 years of age and younger are free.

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed. Due to all guests' health, allergies, safety, and comfort, we cannot accommodate pets. If a guest is found to have a pet, an additional fee of $100 per day ‘penalty’ will be automatically added and charged to the credit card on file for each day of your stay.

Pool

The Aqua Beach Hotel pool and deck area is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. No child under the age of 16 is allowed to swim in the pool without direct supervision from an adult in your party. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the jacuzzi.

No glass containers of any kind are permitted in the pool area.

Feeding seagulls from balconies or the pool area is prohibited.

Notice

We are a family destination and cater to couples and families only.

The Aqua Beach Hotel rents out specific individual Beachcrest / Monarch condominium units and is only responsible for these units. The Aqua Beach Hotel is not responsible for common areas, exterior hallways, elevators, stairways, parking facilities, or the pool area, which a separate management company oversees.

Guests are personally liable for all room charges and any damages to room(s). The credit card on file may be charged at any time for these charges.

Unruly or noisy behavior will not be tolerated on hotel property. Guests must leave the property without protest if asked to do so by management.

Management is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of any kind of money, jewelry, or valuables.
